Es wäre doch schön, den Arbeitstag bereits mit einem Lachen zu beginnen! Das würde den Tag sofort in einem schöneren Licht erstrahlen lassen!

Daher sende ich normalerweise werktäglich eine Mail (Beispiel-Mail) mit einem oder mehreren Witzen. Das können z.B. sein:

• Textwitze in der Email
• angehängte Bilder (JPG oder GIF im Normalfall)
• PowerPoint Dateien (PPS oder PPT)
• Word Dateien (DOC)
• Acrobat Reader Dateien (PDF)
• Link zu einer anderen Website, und natürlich
• Benachrichtigung über neue Video oder EXE-Dateien hier auf der Website

Die Anmeldung funktioniert über ein separates Formular, welches in einem eigenen Fenster öffnet). Von der nächsten Jokes Mail an bist Du dann dabei! Es gelten dabei die Bedingungen weiter unten. Mit der Anmeldung gelten diese Bedingungen als gelesen und akzeptiert!
 

Die Abmeldung erfolgt ebenso über das oben erwähnte Formular.

Bedingungen:
Dieser Service ist rein privat und nicht-kommerziell. Daher kann der Service auch jederzeit ohne Vorankündigung eingestellt werden.

Die Emails gehen derzeit meist als reine Text-Mails ins Netz, nicht als HTML-Mails oder mit "Styled Text", da einige Lotus Notes-User :-(((  angeschlossen sind. Manchmal sende ich eine Mail auch als "Text und Styled", so daß eine Text-Mail mit HTML-Anhang ankommt, den man sich im Browser anschauen kann.

Jeder Teilnehmer kann auch gerne seine Witze an mich senden, die ich dann an alle anderen Teilnehmer weiter verteile, wenn gewünscht auch mit explizitem Namen und / oder Email Adresse / Website-Adresse.

Etwaig anhängende Dateien werden natürlich von mir auf Viren mit einem akutellen Virenscanner überprüft. Leider ist aber nicht 100%ig auszuschließen, daß auch mir einmal ein Virus durchrutscht - man denke hierbei nur an brandaktuelle Viren, die sich täglich ausbreiten.
Daher übernehme ich keine Gewähr auf Virenfreiheit oder Freiheit von sonstigen schädlichen Inhalten und lehne auch jegliche Haftung bei unfreiwilliger Weitergabe ab, insbesondere für Datenverlust und daraus resultierende materielle und immaterielle Schäden!

Natürlich werden Email Adressen von mir weder weitergegeben an Dritte, noch weiterverwendet für andere Zwecke! Allerdings werden die Email Adressen im Rahmen der notwendigen Listenpflege von mir bzw. bei meinem Newsletter-Provider gespeichert.

Hence I send out occasional mails with jokes (Sample Mail). This could be for instance:

• Text jokes in the body of the email

Unfortunately, English jokes are much less common in my personal portfolio of jokes. Therefore, the number of mails you can receive through the English Jokes List is somewhat limited. :-( Please note that the majority of jokes sent for the time being is in German!

Terms of Service
This service is purely private and non-commercial. Hence I can stop the service at any time without advance notification.

Emails are currently sent as pure text mails, not as HTML mails or using styled text. Some of the subscribers are using Lotus Note which cannot cope with such standardised styles. :-(  Occasionally I will send mails as "text and styled" so you will receive a text mail with HTML attachment which could be viewed in your browser.

Each subsriber is invited to send his/her jokes to my attention so that I could re-distribute those to the other subscribers. If desired I will also explicitly add the donor with name and or email / website address.

Attached files will always be checked for virusses using an up-to-date virus scanner. However, I can not completely exclude that a virus might escape my virus scanner - just think of the many brand-new virusses spreading daily!
Therefore I do NOT grant any kind of warranty that my emails are completely free of viruses or other damaging programming code and I do not accept any liability in case of unintended distribution. Also I do not accept any liability for possible follow-up damages, be it financial, loss of data or any other form of damage!

Email addresses are not passed on in any way to third parties and will also not be re-used by myself for any other reason. Of course I will store and use your email address for sending you joke emails as well as for maintaining the joke list.
